This all depends on the connection speed between both locations. We offer, at this point speeds up to 1Gbps to the outside world. When you also have a connection speed up to 1Gbps, this would be superfast. For example: 100GB at 1Gbps would take about 15 minutes to transfer.

Currently we only offer Desktops running Windows. But you can add a Linux server (without GPU performance) to your Desktops network. Please ask our sales team about this feature.

Any WiFi connection will do, as long as there is sufficient bandwidth (upload/download) and the connection is stable. Please check FAQ article What are acceptable speed and latency values to verify if your connection is strong enough.
Any workloads, appplications or storage of data which violate Belgian, European, US or any other international laws are illegal. Services for the user initiating these workloads will be suspended and necessary legal action will be taken.

Cloudalize can be accessed from any HTML5 browser. We have tested Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari. For long term use, we advice to download our client to connect to the desktop.
Data encryption is not a standard feature of the Cloudalize platform. Customers are free to bring their preferred data encryption solution for use on the Cloudalize platform. Please ask our support team for help.
The codec determines the image quality streamed between the cloud environment and your local device.
General = gives priority to wireframes. Other = prioritizes the image sharpness at the cost of a reduced Frame per second. (jittery images).
Cloudalize supports CODECs for different kinds of usage (general information workers, CAD design and video editing). When you need changes to the codec, please contact our support team via firstname.lastname@example.org.
All data stored by the user are the user’s sole responsibility as described in the Cloudalize terms of usage.
Cloudalize is fully license compliant up to and including the Windows desktop OS. Any applications installed by the user are responsibility of the user.
